Is ashwagandha safe ti consume while breast feeding. I have a 1.5 year baby

A. Yeah it’s not a problem but in case of any doubt if you have with consuming it then in that case you can consult your doctor not exclusively breastfeeding the child which is not a problem still if you want please crosscheck with your doctor for clarity
