involve your child in physical activity daily.
avoid oily and junk food.
prefer giving homemade food..
fresh fruit and vegetables for healthy growth and weight management

Ya If you are child is tall enough say about 4 feet a little bit less or minor than this is quite an average height for the child and good weight for the child but if your child is short as compare to this and probably will be more otherwise it’s quite an ideal weight as per the agent of the body and growth
