is 2.5 scoops of formula in 75 ml water is correct for 3 weeks old baby

A. Yes of course because 60 ML is two scoop so rather 15 ML of water that you are taking half a scoop would be good appropriate for that so you definitely can make this for your child as per the intake of your child
