When most of these cases you will see lack of appetite very irritating behaviour of the child for no reason so you know these are the basic symptoms and you can see you know the lack of blood into the hands and all you know because when you have too much of proper haemoglobin and all the hands of the kids and the body is going to be very red in terms of light skin tone so that’s also a thing to be seen
