Instead of bottle cleaner what else can we use to clean bottle

Use Liquid soap that you are using to wash the utensils at home you can just use that and then you have to sterilise the bottle either you just boil it in the boiling water or if there is a steriliser available with you you get sterilise the bottle it that way also
