Incase my 4 month baby is not passing motions in 4-5 days and crying incessantly ( urination and feeding fine) are there any laxatives that help or any medication

A. not able to pass motion could be because of constipation tight stool.. give cycling massage of baby legs circular massage of tummy area give tummy time use colic roll on to ease passing motion.. keep baby well hydrated..
