in which time sun bath for babies to get D vitamin

A. Hello, your baby girl is 3 months old and if you want her to give a sunbathe then you should give it at morning times at 8/10 am in the morning

A. you can go for sunlight exposure for the child after 9 o'clock to around 10 o'clock and in the evening between 5 o'clock to 6 o'clock . . . .
