in recent ultrasound I got left ovary bulgy and polycystic suspect is there anything to worry, my baby is 1. 10 years

A. P c o d is mostly related to your hormones So the best way to keep hormones in balance is to avoid stress by doing meditation. And having regular exercise along with daily walking or jogging.

A. Enlarged ovaries (high ovarian volumes) are most commonly caused by ovarian cysts, but if the ovaries are enlarged without large cysts it can be a sign of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome or PCOS, a hormonal condition that affects about 1 in 10 women.
