in our family we are suffering from throat infection, cold and coughing again and again, even if we are taking antibiotics, what is the main reason for this? what to do for this

Due to sudden weather change also people can catch cold or cough or a few people have gone out or come in contact with anybody who had the infection or had cough or her sneezing around you then maybe we have infection and you are pushing over to other family members also
