These pimples usually appear on the face, especially cheeks, nose, and forehead, and they typically clear up on their own within a few weeks without any treatment. It’s important to keep the baby’s skin clean and avoid using harsh creams or soaps. If the pimples worsen or get infected, consult your pediatrician.
