A. Hello good evening !! Calcium deficiency causes bone weakness ,so consult your Doctor for supplements - Include Almonds,walnuts , makhana,seseme,pea ,paneer,tofu ,milk ,curd,ghee,fruits and vegetables in regular meals meets calcium requirement.
