in BCG pus will be there is any issue with this

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl1 Year agoA. It is going to burst out and after that you just have to clean it like how you clean a wound or an infection and apply a tube and leave it open it is going to settle down within 3 to 5 days on its own just initially you need to take all the precaution
