im worried for my daughter height, she is 2 year old now, and her height is 77 cm, what to do for increase in height

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Baby immunity and growth can be taken care of by giving a proper diet with all the nutrition required for proper growth of the child .
vitamin C, zinc, iron and vitamin D has khey role in this.
Multivitamin syrup litke syp full 365 can be given 5 ml twice a day for 1 to 2 months.
Give all the vaccination required.

Its 2 1/2 feet currently so you can take the birth height of the child and take it take it as per WHO standards will come to know whether it is appropriate or not good still feel that your child is not having proper hide then you may consult your doctor as this could be due to nutritional deficiency as well
