Im planning for pregnancy and I missed my period yesterday. But from today morning I'm feeling a sharp pain on my left side of lower abdomen continuously. Is it something to be worried?

A. then you do usg. see only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust heryou have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatment
