Im in my second pregnancy there is alot of acne pimples on my face Plz suggest some face wast and cream to treat my acne

It might be due to hormonal changes in the body so first of all consult your gynaecologist once and also drink plenty of liquids f water and avoid oily fried junk foods and apply aloe Vera based gel on face and as face wash lotion se salicylic acid face wash and gel based sunscreen should be used
