im in my 7th month of pregnancy already overweight when conceived now how can i control my weight in last trimester, sweeling in body especially feet and hands pain in tailbone and legs also this is my 5th Csection

Try to have more of fibres and fluids into the diet and you can check with the doctor for some medicines to control swelling into your feet since you’re overweight maybe it’s because of that also because of C-section since I’ve had so many C-section your body may have given upon different things in the system generally because of that only you’re facing all these hassle
