Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. period is irregular it could be change in hormone levels, change in BP level, thyroid levels, sugar levels.. or could be something else..
consult the doctor and follow the treatment..
you can take jeera water in empty stomach.. it helps in regulating.cycle
