im 7 weeks pregnant,yet there is no heart beat.Is the pregnancy still there

In some cases it has been seen that the heart been can happen by the time of 9 to 12 weeks also that’s the most crucial time if it doesn’t happen by the time of 12 weeks and I am afraid it’s not advisable to continue but you can wait if your doctor advising
