Then clean the tongue properly with a silicon tongue cleaner which is what is important and yes it is commonly seen for the teeth and even the tongue to become black if you continue giving supplements to the child so that is how it is going to be good to keep cleaning the tongue specially in the morning when you are giving a bath to the child
