if the digestion system of the mother is not ok it affect the baby through breast feeding milk?

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Yes it can affect. Please increase water intake of yourself. Also take fiber rich food items including fresh fruits and salads and fruits. Please take half spoon of ghee with milk. Also do walk atleast thirty minutes in a day. Avoid maida and oily and outside food items. Thanks and take care
