Q.
if the child spits out paracetamol syrup immediately after giving can we give the dose again or wait till the next dosage time?

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician2 years agoA. Hello,your baby girl is 25 months old and if she is taking paracetamol and she has vomited after taking it immediately then she should be given the same dose after 5 minutes

If your child is actually throne of the medicine immediately that means a medicine is not started to work so you can give it after 10 to 15 minutes when your child settle down because the medicine is going to start working for after 5 to 15 minutes of giving the medicine
