Breastfeed you can give through the day it’s totally your choice she just recommended to give proper three meals of breakfast lunch and dinner fruits accommodation is going to be your choice whether it is between breakfast and lunch or after lunch and you feed according to the child when the child demand there is no specific time to breastfeed
