if baby's blood group and mother's blood group was different is there any complications?

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist1 Year agoA. Newborn jaundice it is seen because of the ABO incompatibility. Otherwise, if there is a difference between mother and baby, usually there will not be any issue. Rh incompatibility tends to complicate the next pregnancy.
