if baby's blood group and mother's blood group was different is there any complications?

A. Newborn jaundice it is seen because of the ABO incompatibility. Otherwise, if there is a difference between mother and baby, usually there will not be any issue. Rh incompatibility tends to complicate the next pregnancy.
