If after normal delivery I’m feeling tired and my hairfall is start and in my nails white colour patches are occur please suggest me what i do

please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fruits and different seed and nut in your daily diet
please give daily massage with Babyhug hibiscus infused oil
please take daily sun light exposure
