Q.

Ibrahim has fever since 5 days becomes normal in between after CBP done WBC is 3100 and platelets is 1,07000 need to admit pls help

A. depends if the child's food and water intake is normal then no need to admit. but if diet is less and vomit is present then better to admit under observation
