iam having periods now my 1st day ,and half or my feet and half of my hand are numb . wht is this happening???

A. it may be any nerve compression . Any doctor near by or family doctor should see first before taking any treatment . May be it is normal but need to be examined by a doctor first further treatment after that only . May requjre any testing also .
