Q.

Iam having less milk supply after 2 months of delivery.My periods have came back just after 3 months are they related each other?

A. Hi mom No they are not related. Periods after delivery does not effect ur bm. Have shatavari with warm milk twice a day to increase bm. Or have jeera water daily two times a day to increase bm. The more u feed the more milk production will be there.
