iam a mother of a daughter aged 2 year and 8 month last 8 months gaining weight what to do for that how to lose weight

A. you should take good rest and eat nutritious and balanced diet. Usually, the body takes 3 months to get back to normal. Start with light exercises like walking for 30 mins everyday and afterwards start doing yoga under expert guidance. Yogic aasana like bhujang aasana, tadaasana (mountain pose), Surya namaskar for overall toning of the body, paschchimmottan aasana, in other exercises.

A. good evening I would recommend you to try to give your child some healthy carbohydrates including whole grain porridge tender coconut water with malai paneer and potato preparations
