Show to a doctor for right and timely diagnosis and treatment. Thays a safe procedure.You can always try to add health and tasty substitute like whole grain cookies, cakes and. Home made papad etc.patience is very important too.

Many mommies are getting their shots after consulting their doctors. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby.
