POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl4 years agoA. Yes, sure you can eat sweets, but I moderate quantity. You can eat anything healthy without any hesitation. Sweets too can be taken but always take good quality ones. Your food intake will directly effect the baby, therefore eating fresh, in limits and quality products is very important for both of your health.
