iam 9 months 27 days my cervix was not open but edd was 8th March my doctor said go for plan next week I have backpain and my stomach was tight since 2days

I would suggest you to ask for a doctor to do a sweep stretch and you are still left with almost 16 days to your delivery so I don’t think so it is a problem with the cervix hasn’t opened yet but still just proceeded with your doctor otherwise you can ask them to do a sweep stretch which helps an triggering the labour within 24 to 48 hours and that will automatically lead to opening of the cervix
