iam 5mnths pregnant I had my scan 2days back, in that it's a breach position do dis postion last through out pregnancy

Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you
