iam 31week pregnant in 30week my baby weight is 1.56grm i just want to knw is it healthy weight or not

A. it's ok .nothing to worry. During pregnancy it is always advisable to have your normal routine foods and include more of sprouted grains along with green leafy vegetables and adequate water intake which helps maintain good health Do have regular daily walking For normal delivery You should remain active during your pregnancy and have regular daily walking once you reach 38 weeks you can start doing squats , but with someone's support. Also 1st have proper Consultation with your doctor.

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and yes your baby weight is perfectly fine and also better to evaluate once with your gynaecologist in person and also please have more green leaves vegetables and dairy products in diet..::: Take care
