I weaned off my 2 year old yesterday for pain n hardness in breast should i express milk or no

A. No no you should not express the milk the more you express the body is going to make more so do oil massage and do hot compress on top of that and check with the doctor of any medicine they can suggest you which will help in reducing and drying up the feed
