Q.

I was suffering from tinnitus and my hearing loss. after delivery my tinnitus increased and I can't hear low sound cannot recognise words from other room or far sound. pls suggest remedies

A. Hi mom Try alternative therapy like homeopathic or Ayurveda Stay hydrated Give healthy protein rich nutritious food Offer different varieties of food Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge khichadi curd rice dal rice etc Stay hydrated Offer different varieties of food

I have tinnitus but no hearing loss since 10 years, I wasn't worried all these years but since my son is growing old, I am bit worried of what this prolonged tinnitus may lead too.
