Q.

I was asked to donate blood for my friend and my haemoglobin came out to be 10.6. This may be because my periods got over just 1 day back.. I got my haemoglobin checked again after 5 days and then result was 12.1. My question is does mensuration leads to so much drop in haemoglobin? Since 10.6 is very low during mensuration so do I need to be extra cautions during this time?

A. There can be a possibility because some women have really heavy bleeding and that is why haemoglobin level can dip literally to quite an extent but if after five days it was proper then that’s good because maybe you are having a very good and healthy diet which is Iron date so that actually boosting your Iron growth
