Q.

I was able to breastfeed my baby enough but suddenly the milk supply has reduced by 90%. What can be the reason? How do I increase it again? Please help

A. it is possible that this is happening because of hormonal changes nothing to worry about I would recommend you try to have some supplement like Himalaya shatavari this will help improve the milk production in the body
