Q.

I want to start formula milk to my baby but she refuses to drink with bottle and with spoon she take too much time to drink almost 1 hr to drink approx 90 ml milk, and also it is ok to give breast milk as well as formula milk in one feeding session.

A. Hello, my advice is you should give formula milk in sipper,and also make sure that if baby is taking too much time for feed like you have mentioned in your question when baby feed with spoon takes time,don't worry have patience as this time will never been same and secondly if you feed both milks together then it would be difficult for you to tell how much milk baby had taken in each feed.
