hi mom. don't worry. initially my kid also had in in stomach portion but superficial and it  had a rapid growth. Doctors suggested that it will grow and will shrink. But I was worried and I did a operation with Dr. Ragavan MIOT hospital who successfully removed. in 7 months, now she s 4.2 yrs. But the stich mark will remain. please get a suggestion from the doctor as it varies from individual to individual. just I'm sharing my experience. please don't worry about it.

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm 
Burp well after evey feeding by holding  your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes 
Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
