A. Hello dear! For that we need to know how far you are from your delivery or what is present running month. You will get to know that accurately in the scan. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Speak to your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.

Q. Hi, I am 9 weeks postpartum (C Section) and exclusively breastfeeding. I got my periods on 12th Aug that lasted 3 days (15th Aug) with medium bleeding. Then again on 22nd Aug there was spotting followed by very light bleeding for 2 days (24th Aug). Today (27th Aug) again I got spotting. Is this normal? Should I be concerned?
