Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 7 m old girl2 weeks agoA. There is no food chart at this age you’re supposed to give all the family foods plus good protein to the child vegetarian and non-vegetarian whatever you would prefer offering to the child would be the right food that you can offer currently
