i wanna know the advantage and disadvantage of ghee

A. in limited amount its good. too much will cause weight gain. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

A. There I don’t the advantages of ghee there is no disadvantage of ghee it is one of the best fact that you can introduce to the child after the age of six months it is not recommended to give butter or oil to the child it’s only give that should be given
