I've noticed redness on my baby's body including chest,shoulder and neck. Is this normal ?

A. Hello! Is it a rash or acne type of discomfort? Without proper physical examination is not possible to understand the situation. Consult your child doctor for a personal evaluation and seek medical guidance in this matter.
