I used Johnson's baby wipe and cleaned my baby's face and body his face is turning red is there any problem

yes you can use wipes but the thing is that if you go for small cotton clothes to clean the body as well as any perianal area after passing stool would be a better option because sometimes due to wipes usage it can cause allergy on the skin of the child
