I took halim seeds and I got my periods 5days before is there any problem of taking halim seeds?

A. need check up. For maintenance of gap between two pregnancy you need proper contraception. it can be any method yet practice it regular and don't miss on any dose to prevent its failure. pils, copper T or condoms all can work ok
