I to vaccination for my baby by last week Wednesday.but still that place is vaccination is bound

Vaccination is bound means?!
Is there lump or hardness??
If yes then no need to worry. It will be fine on its own within few days. If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, no pain or pus coming then no need to worry.
