Q.
I think my milk is not sufficient to my baby. He is 153 days old. what can I give him?

after that you can start with liquids only like dal ka Pani or rice water or fruit purees along with breast milk

you can give formula milk if mother milk is not sufficient..
if the pee count is around 6-8times and the baby is sleeping well.. then baby is getting sufficient milk..
