Q.

I stopped breastfeeding my baby 4 days back. but now my breasts hurt. it's very hard and hurts badly if touched. what should be done?

A. You can go ahead with doing hot compress as of now that’s going to help also I would like to tell you that you should not immediately quit breastfeeding it’s a process slowly reduce down the number of feeds per day and that is how you can go ahead quitting feeding in a proper manner
