Q.

I stopped breastfeeding for my son but still my breast is full with milk and it's not getting dried what to do

A. Hello, dear. Do not worry because very soon your milk will start drying naturally. But if it is feeling very heavy. Then you can express milk out and discard it with a hand or you can Put cabbage leaf on your breast under your Brazer. It will also help you
