Q.

I stop breast milk of my baby. She is one and half year. But she didn't take cow's milk at night and only crying. Insted of cows milk which type of food I will give to my baby??

A. it is ok give diet . For good growth of weight and height and good skin and hair growth along with for immunity a balanced diet containing of green vegetable and fruits and all type of cereal and some protein like egg or paneer is given . Protein powder like pediasure after 2 yr of age only with milk
